Community Association

This page will contain all the latest news and events, and will be your forum for exchange of information.

Anything for inclusion on these pages should be sent to The WebMaster by e-mail or passed to any member of the Community Association Committee.

The Dripsey Community Association has been established for many years, and works behind the scenes for the benefit of the Residents of Dripsey.  Outwardly, their work is on display at events such as the annual St Patricks Day Parade, the Summer Barbeque and the Christmas Tree Blessing and Carol Singing.  But there are many other issues affecting the local populace which are faced by the voluntary efforts of those few who serve on the Association Committee.  For example, the hedge- and grass-cutting on our roads, the constant appeals for traffic controls, the collection and disposal of the rubbish dumped on our doorsteps, and so on.  There are other, more significant, issues which are about to confront Dripsey and you should be aware that the only voice we have that will be listened to by the authorities is that of the Community Association, because they have proved over the last years that they can be relied upon.  However, the Association needs to know that it has your support as residents so, when the Annual General Meeting is called, go, have your say, and give them your vote!
